Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon confirmation of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Five Barking Dogs! reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Other Conditions

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. In stock items will ship according to our shipping policy. There will be no additional shipping charges to you should we need to split your shipment into multiple shipments. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund unless otherwise noted below. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. You are also responsible for paying the return shipping charges, even for items that were shipped to you for free. On those items, we may also deduct our original shipping charge from your refund. Due to health reasons, Bowsers beds are not returnable except in the case of manufacturer error or defect. Our beds are manufactured at the time of sale. Please use the measurement charts on each product page and measure your dog carefully before ordering one of our premium beds.
In the event that you need to return an item due to our error, we will pay, or reimburse you for, the return shipping charges. We will also pay the shipping charges for the correct item or reimburse you for the shipping charges, if any, that you paid for the item in the event you decide you want to cancel the order rather than exchange it for the correct item.
In all cases, you will need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before returning an item. Just log in to your account to get a RMA or email us at returns@fivebarkingdogs.com. Sorry, but we will not be able to process a return or exchange without a RMA.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
In some cases, we charge a restocking fee for returned merchandise. All pet carriers are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Items that are returned in less than new, unused condition will be subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee. Worn, used, damaged or otherwise unsaleable items cannot be refunded and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. All made to order items, items that are customized and/or specialty items cannot be returned.
Clearance items are non-refundable.
Sales Tax

Our Store automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York State. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Shipping Policy

Shipping Time — Most orders received will ship within one to two business days of receipt of the order, provided the product ordered is in stock or is not a handmade or specialty item. Shipping time for those items are noted on the particular item. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or US holidays.
Orders that have reached the FREE shipping tier ships the most economical shipping method available. For FREE shipping, please expect shipping times to be between 5-7 business days. Once an item leaves our facility, unexpected delays by the carrier occasionally occur. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Five Barking Dogs! or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
If you need an item more quickly, we suggest using another method of shipping such as USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times for this method are between 2-3 days. Add a couple of days if you’ve placed your order after 2PM on Friday, or on the weekend or a major US holiday. Please note that some items ship exclusively via UPS. These items are noted on their product descriptions.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
